Cabin Rental Fees &
Policies

VISA, MasterCard or
Discover cards.
- All nightly rates based on double occupancy per night with a minimum two night stay.
Each additional adult (16 years and older) is $10.00 per night extra. Each
additional child (5 to 15 years of age) is $5.00 per night extra. Infants (birth to 4
years of age) stay free. Porta cribs are available, upon request, at no charge. No
pets allowed.
- Check-in time: after 3:00pm; Check-out time: 11:00am. Check-out time strictly enforced
to allow for preparation for next guests.
- A minimum two night stay is requested, except during holiday periods and the month of
October when a three night stay is requested.
- Payment Policy: Receipt of reservation deposit in the amount of one third of
total rental charge is due within 7 working days of placing phone reservations. Balance of
rental payment is requested 15 days prior to arrival. Five night stays receive a 10%
discount, six to nine night stays receive a 15% discount and ten or more nights stay
receive a 20% discount on total charge. Discounts are not applicable during holiday times
or the month of October.
All Rates Require the Charge of 9.25% Sales Tax and
4% Bed Tax (13.25% Total)
- Refund/Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 2 weeks prior to reserved dates
will receive a refund of moneys paid minus a $25.00 cancellation charge. No
refunds are given for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to arrival, unless cabin is re-rented.
